4 Be prepared to enter your "Energy" (strength) plus "Base Curve" (BC) when ordering contact lenses online. This information remains located on the prescription your doctor mails you home with or on the side of the box if you were given samples.

Call your eye doctor's office if you ever need a copy or confirmation regarding your contact lens prescription. The doctor's office may fax your prescription to the contact lens retailer about your selection.
